      Cocovana Sheldon Barrett 2017 Get Started Gainesville Pitch Competition Cox Business Communications Winner Check Coconut Twist

      Today Cocovana won the 2017 Get Started Gainesville Competition by Cox Business and made ABC News! Because the selection process was very competitive, Cocovana had been declined to pitch at this event for the past 2 years. But in year 3, persistence finally paid off. Cocovana Founder, Sheldon Barrett prepared by memorizing a long 2.5 minute pitch. Concerned about forgetting his lines, Barrett did not, and delivered one of his best pitches ever, leading to multiple ovations from the crowd!
